Surrounded by charming gardens and ancient stone structures, every corner of this boutique hotel whispers tranquility. We reveled in the flexible breakfast hours, allowing us to enjoy fresh pastries while basking in the sun. Dinner at the restaurant, Improvável, was a delight, serving up Alentejano fare with a sophisticated twist. I must admit, the warm hospitality we received from Antonio, who was an absolute gem, made our stay even more memorable. The spacious superior suite was a standout; with its rolltop bath and fireplace, it became our peaceful retreat after a day of exploring nearby Évora. If you ever find yourself in this part of Portugal, I highly recommend Imani Country House-not just for its stunning setting but for the unique blend of relaxation and enriching experiences it offers!
